a little about me...
I'm a somewhat nerdy, homeschooling mother of two, ages thirteen and seven, who used to be in art school and used to work in restaurants before a congenital arterio-vascular condition made life a little unpredictable. I'm a recent transplant to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley where along with my daughters and my husband of almost eight years I hope to be able to carve out a little time for creativity when my body is cooperating. I love staring at a freshly painted room, eating flavorful foods, listening emotive music, reading that makes me think but also makes me feel, and watching my daughters blossom.
